Modeled after both the institution and the current space of NXTHVN, this civic art village is designed for a proposed non-profit organization empowering New Haven‘s local artists, and can offer alternative sentencing program through court-mandated diversion.

420 Dixwell Ave is a triangular lot with a 200’ south border, situated at the junction of three community churches.
